Schultz Soft Water and Kinetico are fabulous!! They were on time, very friendly and the service was amazing. Our service technician Bob answered all my questions and thouroghly went over all the different part of the softer, explained when to add salt and change the filter. Bob even fixed the broken drain the previous owners of the house tried to fix with just plumber putty(we didn't know it was broken).The softener fits perfectly against the wall and out of the way. I will only go with Schultz Soft Water and Kinetico and I reccomend everyone else does. Thanks again Schultz Soft Water!!!!

They were fabulous to work with. It was such a simple and quick process. Jon was great about making a time that worked with my schedule to come check out my existing softener. He was great at educating me on what the issue was and my options for moving forward. He offered us several options and prices to help us make a decision. About a week or so later they came and installed a new softener. It was quick and painless. No complaints. It's been a month or so since it's been installed and I'm happy to report that my dishwasher cleans better than ever along with other improvements that I've noticed!

If you've got a softener issue, especially with a kinetico, there's nobody better to call. Aquarius tried getting me a new unit for $6,700 before I got the parts I needed to add 20 years to my old Kinetico Water softener's life from these guys for a few hundred bucks. Save your money and remove Aquarius from your contacts. They have KINETICO PARTS AND RESIN!

Others tried to sell a new water softener without trying to repair the existing set up. John repaired first and would replace if the fix didn’t work Everything is still fine. It’s a breath of fresh air having trust and honesty still in the repair world

Couldn’t be happier with the results!!! I’ve never had water this good in my house and the drinking water from the K5 is awesome! Big thanks to Bob and Jordan who came out and installed a softener and K5. They did an great job and the quality of their work really shows. Everything is mounted perfectly straight and all the hoses are nicely tied and organized. I can tell they take pride in their work! Bob also did a great job explaining how the systems work and showed me exactly how to change every filter. I highly recommend Schultz Soft Water!

My water softener broke down a couple weeks ago. When I called Schultz Soft Water not only did they respond that day but we discussed a solution within 24 hours.
